Title screen pack issue

I fired up mlb 23 and and after the title screen came up I had the option of selecting a pack. I've earned 725k plus this season, so the screen had different diamond options - silver, gold and diamond I ended up earning an alter ego pack.
When I went into diamond dynasty the pack was not there. How do I retrieve the pack? This also happened during season 1.

They "replay" spins of the 25K XP reward path if the spin wasn't triggered visually when you had hit the 25K mark last. This replay doesn't give you an additional pack and you had opened that pack earlier which is why it is not in your unopened packs inventory.

That is so frustrating. It's happened to me several times.
