10 steals mission

I’ve seen alot of people complaining about the steals mission in the father’s day program so I thought I’d share this…After I did all the moments I headed to play vs cpu, Rookie difficulty at Dutton Ranch (shortest fences & highest elevation) and started grinding the stats missions. Whenever I got one of the father’s day cards on base I immediately stole the next pitch. I got 6 steals in the game. All I do is press LT before the pitcher starts his windup and as long as my runner gets a descent jump I simply don’t swing and then hold my joystick to the right so my runner slides away from the tag. I got caught a few times but I was safe 6 times - In just ONE game. On rookie the catcher often drops the transfer or throws an inaccurate throw. Anyways I just wanted to share what I’m doing & how with the community. Good luck guys, Hope this helps.

Biggio is fast enough. I got the 10 steals quickly. Even had 3 in one game with him. It's the rest of the stuff thats gonna take awhile. I like Stat grinding but I wish we were able to unlock one more player at least before having to dive in.

Yeah it wasn’t bad at all. Even Dante was swiping bags for me.
Also, if you have a player on 1st and 2nd, you can sub in a fast runner on 2nd and double steal. Then both players get credited a steal.

Stealing is easy against some catchers who have awful throwing arms.

The Dutton ranch? Is this a created stadium? Is this based off of yellowstone?

The Dutton ranch? Is this a created stadium? Is this based off of yellowstone?
Yes…It’s a stadium I made myself using the farm template. And Yellowstone was my inspiration!

I'm definitely not bragging about getting 7 SB in a game on Veteran, but it can be done. Even if the slower Biggio is on the back end of a double steal, this mission isn't hard. I even attempted some with 2 outs.

Dante stealing a base is really funny though, i just laughed seeing him running full speed down to second base. I think I caught the CPU off guard with his steals.
