Program captains are why there are no 99s?

I am starting to believe sds wants us to use captains so badly they make cards 97s in programs because u need the captain to make them 99s and that’s the only way minus paralleling them

Aren’t captains for theme teams? The only ones I’m using are for my Dodgers team.

Nope they are in all the programs too for the most part
So if you use the captain then players can be 99s but have to use them ur Griffey Sr in the Father’s Day and prob Wander in the future stars

I feel like the program captains are just to help with grinding the program. I couldn’t imagine SDS thinks people want to use a whole program team just to have a 99 Griffey.

I think they are trying to force us to use the captain and that’s a way to make the player 99 … I hope I’m wrong but next weeks program only showing 97s again so far

But you don’t even unlock Griffey Sr captain until the very end of the program so that makes no sense. What you are saying would make perfect sense if you got the captain first in these programs. It’s like they don’t even play this game and have no clue how it works.

Funny cause they used to have the captains early in in the program like the Mexico one but then that changed
