Universal Profiles and Game Logs Problems

I see a few other posts related to this - but wanted to create a new one with more details and context. Our team has been diving into this to look for a fix/workaround, so hopefully this is somewhat helpful.

For some context, here are my account names (confirmed on https://account.theshow.com/dashboard) :

• TheShow: webjem9
• PSN: showzone-jeremy
• Nintendo: showzonejeremy
• Twitch: showzonejeremy

Universal Profiles
If I click on my username on mlb23.theshow.com, the site attempts to direct me to my user profile (https://mlb23.theshow.com/universal_profiles/psn/showzone-jeremy) - however, the profile links appear to have changed.

New profile link: https://mlb23.theshow.com/universal_profiles/psn/webjem9

So there's a few things that make this confusing.

1. The links on the site are still pointing to the old profile URLs.
2. If you look at the new URL, it has "PSN" and "webjem9" in it. However, my PSN name is "showzone-jeremy" (webjem9 is my TheShow username).

Game Logs
So now that we know the correct URL for profiles, we're able to get to the gamelogs (https://mlb23.theshow.com/universal_profiles/psn/webjem9/game_history).

However, you'll notice a few issues here as well:

1. In many games, I'm marked as "CPU".
2. Any game I'm marked as CPU causes that game log to not work (if you try to view it, you get an error page)

Your accounts should now link to the mlbts account profile since it's linked there.

should resolve to

Hi everyone,

if accounts are linked (like in Jeremy's case), it should resolve to the mlbts profile.
If accounts are not linked, it should resolve to the console profile.

For the record I’ve never been able to use the ‘View Game’ tab on the app and have it work. It works from the game on the ps5 but all I’ve ever got from the app was the error had occurred message whether I had my accounts linked, unlinked , or even Lancelot Linked (secret chimp)
