This game is awful! Any fix on the potential F issue?

I’ve had so many issues with this game. The current (I believe my 5th or 6th issue thus far) issue is the player potential dropping to an F. Any fix on this?
Also, is there any way to just delete the game and get our money back? This isn’t what we paid for

Dude this happened to me, I was a 91 overall 3rd baseman. I started a completely separate RTTS save file and for some reason my 91 overall 3rd baseman dropped to 78 and no matter what I do or how many tickets I put in with SDS I can’t get it fixed.

This is an INFURIATING ISSUE that has been happening since at least The Show 21! Ever since they forced Diamond Dynasty integration into RTTS it has been a consistent bug, and an ABSOLUTE FAILURE on the part of Sony Santa Monica. Every single time the game force downloads the Live Roster it drops player potential to an F. This is a significant FAILURE on part of SDS. They want people to spend money on Diamond Dynasty, but guess what? They are not getting one freaking penny from me until they fix this stupid bug/glitch and I suggest all other player’s experiencing do so as well, as it will PUNISH SDS for ignoring an issue that has been happening in three iterations of the Show now.
