High batting averages playing in scrub ranks

Yup I'm a scrub. I cannot get past 600 . I'm ok with that but lately I have seen these teams with crazy batting averages playing in lower ranks. These guys tanking on purpose to get some easy wins?
And I'm am so [censored] tired of created stadiums. For the love of baseball please let us have a option to lock them off!
I think I need to go back to hof online rated. I do so much better with real teams.

They do well with the players in events like moonshot. Easy for 99s to get hits there. Ranked, not as much.
