Do both/all players on a co-op team get their players parallel upgrades when playing or just the captain?

I was playing co-op ranked seasons with my friend and we noticed that 2 of my players didn’t have their +2 to their attributes in game even though being progressed up to the +2 upgrade. In ranked mode does only the captain of the session have his upgrades or do both/all 3 of you get them?

I think it is based off of who selects the lowest level card. That guy gets the parallel. It is done to balance the playing field.

I’m coop ranked, the captains cards are used if they have them paralleled. So if you put in a card that’s just some normal card, and your captain has that card of yours paralleled, then it will be paralleled like the captains already.

Thanks Rhino, feel like that’s a dumb mechanic that they should change though.
