How soon into the season can I expect to have trade opportunities?

Am I unable to access my minor league roster and move players to the bigs? In my Yankees MTO Severino starts in AAA and I wanna put him in my big league rotation. Is there no way to do this?

I dont rember, think my first was in end of May/ early June
No. You get prompted when to call up a minor leaguer. And for me its been only pitchers thus far.

You’ll get a trade option in about a month.
You only get prompts to call guys up, like with trades. Also, since severing is on dL, he won’t get called up. Same thing happens with Thor for the Mets.

Just a heads up, if you call up or trade for a pitcher you are going to have to pitch the next game with them. So if you do that with a starter your going to have to pitch the next game
