Not able to earn xp

So I mainly only play RTTS MTO and Franchise and it was going good until yesterday when it said no rewards after I played a franchise game. After each half inning it showed at the top of the screen that the XP was going through but then after the game I hadn't moved up any in the second program. And it's still happening today only today it's not even showing the XP was loading. If anybody has a answer to this please help me out

This happened a couple times last year and I had to uninstall and reinstall the game to get XP working again.

I played a ranked diamond dynasty game last night and beat my opponent then after the game none of the pxp counted and it still showed Jacob Degrom with full energy and no stats from the game

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now XP is working. I hate that that's the only solution though but it does work at least for me it did.
