Team Infinity Conquest win don't count

I just beat The nationals in conquest and the win doesn't count ?

this game is so [censored] the same thing is happening to me i beat them twice and both of them dont count like what.

I miss the old 'The Stronghold is theirs' at the end from a few years ago when you do take them. -
I had some weird stuff just happen with the Kaiju showdown. played the first three showdowns, then took a break.
Came back and it wanted me to start draft. All three green checkmarks were gone like they never existed. I redrafted, played the first showdown and started the second showdown, game had some server error and booted me out of the game and DD. I come back into DD, game prompt: Swing and A Miss, your showdown was not completed and will be counted as a loss. Me: Ugh, fine. Presses "Ok" and the game flashes and my original save before my break is back, green checkmarks are back.
I've gotten two server errors in the last hour or so, I'm not starting or continuing anything if the game is going to be random in how it interprets my save files.
In previously completed showdowns I think I did have a few issues where games/wins didn't count, but I don't really remember.
I looked around the support page for the right topic for this, but the red text was a bit off-putting, and got a little confused. Will have to read it again and see if what my game is doing qualifies.

If this happens hard reset your system. It will fix. Google how to for whatever system you have.check for power cycle if anything is confusing.
