I went 29-4 last season, made it up to a 913 rating and now I get sent down to 192 with a 4 week ranked program?
I would submit a ticket!

They even had a preset issue selection about the season 2 rating reset so it must be a known issue

Yeah, just making sure because of how it was worded. Some people dont know. I am also starting at 192 for some reason.

My ticket was responded to within 30 min. Submit one and choose the issue topic and the season rating reset and I’m sure they’ll help you out as well

I did, also for the Season 1 jump start stuff. I just got home a little bit ago. Was hoping I got the jump start stuff by now.
