Am I the only one whose monitor settings have changed since the update?

I'm an Xbox user, but after the update, the monitor settings changed to 60hz and it's fixed.. Is it just me?

Since the update, my game is running slow af. And when i scroll through the moments, the screen moves too fast for the words.

I changed mine to 60 and it worked.

Is there still a diff between xbox and ps5? Online gameplay wise i know there was a yr or two ago.
