If you place your pci under the ball instead of over it, you will hit fewer ground balls.
If you lay off of low pitches in double play situations, you will hit into fewer double plays.
Also, at least your last 10 posts are all complaints. That’s a nice streak. Unfortunately, complaining here has no effect on your ground ball rate.
To add: complaining works ,but only in beating moments.

You would do better using Directional. At least that's what I heard.

You Shouldn't lose outhitting your opponent 16-7.
every critical spot you square a ball .. good time pci on for lineout .. perfect perfect double play.
When this game wants you to lose there's nothing you can do you will lose
Skill doesn't win here .. Luck does
Bunch of idiots all you try to do is [censored] people off SDS
Most Toxic Studio there isn't if you outplay your opponent or make good swing you shouldn't have outs 60% of the time !!!
My biggest issue is forced competitive in all DD modes not sure if you are playing in DD with these issues but I know that’s what is killing my enjoyment

Why not complain when it's absolute trash of a game and the only baseball game you can play ?
these Dev are idiots and try to make people angry plan and simple
I’m skeptical of nearly everything you say, so I checked.
Last game shows you grounded into 4 and lined into 1 double play.
You also hit 3 perfect perfects resulting in 2 singles and 1 lineout that wasn’t a double play.
-
Maybe try practice mode…,,,so you can learn how to square the ball up.
-
If you think luck superceeds skill in this game, you'll hate NHL 23, lol

It happens in real baseball all the time. As a matter fact just today Detroit outhit Cleveland 9-7 but lost 2-0. I’d be willing to bet you often times get less hits than you give up but don’t post about how unrealistic your win was.

You know what else happens in real baseball?
Balks
Rain delays
Charging the mound
Arguing with the umpire
Fans proposing on the field and security using the hit stick.
Fights
Stadiums refraining from having Dinosaurs.
Fans fighting in the stands.
Fan interference.Last but not least unfortunately some of these players we are playing with are either retired or no longer with us.
If someone asked if you if you exercise would you reply I play at least one game of baseball a day?
This is NOT real baseball. It is a Video Game..Fantasy.

You might win more games if you get A.J. Minter out of your bullpen.
There’s plenty of viable LHP options aside from a gold live series card.
Might help you “outplay” you opponents.

That might be some of the worse counter arguments I have ever seen.
Anyway, to the OP, it’s just a game for fun. Don’t take it so serious. Unless you are top 100, maybe top 1,000, the game isn’t made to be competitive. It’s made to be a casual fun experience. That’s why there are programs for RS and BR. The game opens and closes hitting windows whenever it wants, perfect/perfect outs, the worst timing in the game is good if you aren’t perfect, forced pitches, etc. So either enjoy the online and offline grind or just play offline. It is what it is.
I will give you an example I’ve seen hundred of times already this game thanks to co-op being broken. I have played 80+ co-op games probably. They are absolutely broken. At least 30% of them me and my teammate have had different pitchers. Whenever these games happen it’s obvious that the lag is causing late packet transfers so when I throw a pitch my opponents are swinging before I even finish my pitching motion. So riddle me this, how does the game know where my pitch will end up before I finish the pitching motion that it can register the hitters swing and contact result?
Like I said unless you are a world beater enjoy it for what it is offline and online or just enjoy it offline. I will give them credit that they give enough most of the time to enjoy it any way that you want.

I think my point was obvious with the very end part that when he wins the same games he doesn’t post. But you being a sarcastic douche here that I had to spell it out for you. Grow the fu¢k up.

Good timing and a hair off the center of the pci in critical spots for lineouts ... In my last 2 games my opponents had 7-8 bloop hits .. While i had 0 .. the RNG decides everything .. perfect perfect rarely results in HR .. it's usually only off the PCI that go out... Perfect perfect are usually singles
or lineouts .. rewarding -

If you think 3 perfect perfect and the results is single single lineout rewarding ?? with power juiced up cards ?

You bring him in to face Griffey with runners in scoring position. Minter has 65 pitching clutch vs. Griffey’s 118 clutch. Chances are not good for that Minter card.

Hard to take a whole lot of what ypu say serious when you say that you shouldn't get out 60% of the time. That would be a .400 batting average. You should be getting out 70% of the time, unless I read that wrong.
