When did this happen? Upon logging in? Or a normal spin after achieving the 25k. If the spin is as upon logging in it’s a glitch and you won’t receive the award. Make sure you pay attention to the wheel. If your close you need to make sure you check after your game concludes if it doesn’t happen automatically. The whole situation is a glitchy mess. I check my progress after every game as I’ve been screwed on at least 5 packs. To include a diamond boss pack.
