Program spin bugged

My last two program spins just haven't worked. The first one completely disappeared on me. People have said that means the reward just got dumped into my account which if it was stubs or packs I wouldn't have noticed cause I just finished the national conquest.
The second spin I actually got to spin. And I hit a around the world 3 choice pack which I was really excited about cause I want realmuto. And that pack is just nowhere to be found? I've left diamond dynasty and checked back. Nothing. Restarted. Nothing. Turned the game off and came back the next day. Nothing. So that pack is just gone? And that spin just didn't count.
If it auto disperses rewards before the spin thats no fun but at least you get your stuff. This was the first time I hit anything not silver lol and it's just gone. That sucks. This program sucks. Pour one out for the JT Realmuto that would have been

When it finishes, make sure to hit a to collect, not b to back out of the screen. Or the playstation equivalent. I believe if you back out with b, you lose the reward.
