Are the packs awful or do I have bad luck?

It’s totally awesome the flash sale will now be given to everyone but I bought the prospects pack and all my choices were the base 86 ovr. Are the packs that bad or do I have some bad luck? I’m interested to hear everyone else’s pack luck.

All you have to do is look at the pack odds, and those pack odds tell you that the highest chance you have is getting the low tier. Most people aren't going to turn a profit
