Mexico City filter not working?

Roster substitutions filter doesn't work for Mexico City players.

You probably don't have any of you are still working on the program. Only the last 4 cards qualify, the rest are WBC

This has already been addressed in previous posts. Might I suggest a different approach? Get the two captains cards from the program progression and select them as captains in the captains screen. Then filter it by captain. This will make building that squad pretty easy. Plus you’ll unlock the tier 3 boost which will give your lesser players a much needed significant boost.

Also that program is going to get bigger as the series progresses. They will be adding more cards based on what happens in that series
