Pitcher sent down after a complete game shutout
-
Hi everyone I have been playing MLB the show for a few years now my Pitcher has been up with Atlanta for about six weeks he has a record of 4 wins and one no decision just completed a complete game shutout with four hits and then after saving the progress
I went to the next event and he is back in the minors with no explanation and the calendar keeps on scrolling with out any games being shown I did notice my roster being updated at the same time and you can't completely save the rtts file -
My 2way’s first season up with the cubs I win r.o.y. and reliever awards. Made it through all of season 2 with an all star appearance and leading the league in saves as well as 3rd in home runs as a catcher…. Final series of season two I pick up 2 saves from the bump and in 1 game at the plate I was a triple shy of the cycle. 162 games in the books and I get sent down… replaced on the playoff roster by a closer who provides zero offense and has a 5+ era… and the cubs get swept in the first round.. I’ll never understand how roster decisions are made in rtts…

In 22 I had a season where I didn’t get a spring invite… literally after winning NL MVP the prior season.

Cacoach53 thanks for the reply

Sounds like RTTS plays like franchise mode. I see this happen all over my franchise by the CPU teams throughout the history of this game. Players getting sent down just because they have options although they shouldn’t.

What I did was go back and re load a previous save from the cloud it seems like the whole season got corrupt and I noticed some server issues when playing

the first post is not that far fetched, maybe a guy went on 10 day DL who knows but im willing to bet something close has happened before irl.
to the 2nd post, thats f*cked up and ridiculous. probably a testing issue with the new addition of 2way players
