Anyone know what to do to get the packs? I already linked my twitch drops and the last 2 streams I haven’t gotten anything. Tried typing the keywords or watching for 15 minutes but nope no packs

I emailed and argued with them because I watched when they dropped who was the pre order legends and I watched the entire MLB players tournament. They said nothing they can doo

It took about 6 back and forth emails with Chuck for him to tell me that he was turning it over to "the team" to investigate. However it's been 3 weeks and now he just ignores my emails
