Purchased Griffey…can’t find him. HELP!

Hello, I purchased Charisma griffey last night and cannot put him in my roster today.
He shows up in my collections but when I go to sub him in on my roster he is nowhere to be found.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have another Griffey in your lineup right now. That’s usually the case. If you do sub him out for anyone else and the card will show up in your inventory.

Yessir! I tried to sub Griffey for Griffey but it wouldn’t let me….I subbed him for someone else then the new one popped up. Thank you!
