How do you improve your catcher’s blocking?

Once in a while blocking pops up in the training block but other than that is there anywhere to get it upgraded? Most of my attributes are 37+ but blocking is still at 30.

Catcher mask and chest guard, that's about it I'm afraid. Maybe some in game challenges.
It's not very often blocking comes into play really.
