Ticket response

Hello,
I was one of the unlucky people to lose a sell order during the server crash. I submitted an account issue ticket but should I expect a response regarding this? Anyone have an idea of what they could possibly do?

When it happened to me they gave me three sellable Trouts and a 99 Ruth. But I wrote a really nice issue ticket. No telling what you'll get.

So you’re basically saying they gave you 750k in stubs for losing one sellable Trout? Sounds fishy if you ask me, no pun intended.

I wrote a ticket on missing content (not your issue, a missing XP path reward for tier 31) and didn't even receive an e-mail confirmation that they received it, just a "Issue submitted" popup on the support page. I wouldn't hold your breath.

Same. I submitted a ticket within the first week of launch and never received a response. Submitted another one for this issue just to waste my own time and effort.

No idea on the timeframe for a reply as I don't know if different tickets get sent to different areas (what you experienced compared to a bug/Mini Seasons ticket).
But they should eventually answer you.
I assume you filed it via the website by selecting the ? in a circle?
As for what they will do .... They can jump onto the main servers and see everyone's transaction/pack history.
If you did lose this card, not saying you didn't, they will have visual proof it was listed and should refund you the card.
Now, if it's selling for less than it was when you first listed it; they won't compensate for that loss.

A few years ago, I left my controller on the floor one day while I went to do something else, and by time I returned, my 4 year old quick sold Trout and a couple others on me. Lesson learned LOL

SDS responded to my ticket a couple of hours ago and restored 25 cards that vanished from my sell orders during the server outage. Thanks SDS!
