Missed out on a spin because I was in a showdown

Like the title says, I was in a showdown when I hit 25k XP and I never got a roll. Known bug?

The spin doesn't matter. Your reward will be in packs section unless you got the 7500 stubs reward. You can go into xp reward path and see if that triggers it if you haven't already.

go click on Season 1 XP Reward path... I don't doubt that people have missed but just going off my experience when I don't get it after a game I back out and go to XP Reward path and it should trigger the wheel.

You don't miss out it's just a visual bug.
If it doesn't pop after a game go into the xp path tile and it should trigger. If that doesn't work close down the application and reopen the game and once you log in it should trigger.
My last spin was after a mini season complete so I had 20 standard packs I was a little confused until I logged in this morning and the spin triggered.
The spin is just a visual thing it actually has no real impact once you cross the 25k mark tye game spits out a reward

This. I was playing some quick Conquest games and noticed that my wheel wasn't filling up. After about the 5th time I exited the screen and went into the Programs tab and selected the Season 1 tab.
That sucker filled up with 20K that must been banked.
Also, I've noticed that if you do get the animation and spin after you accept the reward of you don't exit the tab but go over to PXP Progress; even though you just earned PXP (if you played a game that allowed it) it's always blank.
Happened when I was trying to figure is the Charisma program. Never thought to check through the Squad tab, before entering a game, but I completed the Program about 2 Conquest games prior to when I actually checked.
