Does anyone else have problems on their PS5 controllers lately on the Show?

I have no problems with my left stick on any other game or in the menus of this game but sometimes when I am batting my PCI is kinda dancing a bit.

Also upper left corner of the strike zone is shaking when pitching.

Does anyone else have this issue or just me?

Yeah... it's stick drift. Try to clean it with some alcohol or buy new one

If you have the receipt for the controller and it’s been under a year, Sony will replace it for free.

I had a couple this year. One fixed itself, somehow due to inactivity when I got a new one.
I actually fixed 2 or 3 in the PS4 days. It's painstaking, but the YT videos show you how to fix them. I bought the special screwdriver.
I have yet to try to fix them on PS5, though. It's annoying and I just bought a new one a few months ago.

I used to be on PS4 & seemed to have this happen every 6 months. Switched to Xbox Series X when next gen dropped & haven’t had this problem in years.

I usually go through 1-2 a year due to this issue. At 75.00 a pop, it may be worthwhile to break down and buy that new controller that you can just replace the sticks. 180 is a lot for a controller but may be worth it in the long run.

Just started having the same issue. I was hoping the PS5 controller would last longer, but I guess not. I used to go through a few of the cheap Series X Power A controllers a year.

My controllers sometimes shatter into pieces while I'm playing BR. Not sure if there's a fix for it.

I went through several controllers quickly due to stick drift. I bit the bullet for the new PS5 Edge controller as you can replace various parts on them, including the sticks. The controller is a bit expensive, but results I've had so far are good. Had it since January and no issues - small sample size of 4 months. The stick replacements are $20 so ROI on these can take some time, but I play a lot of different games and I like the controller so far. The ability to set dead zones also helps as the native controllers don't do that.

Yes.... mine has been drifting to the left a bit and slightly shaking. It just started doing it over the weekend. I'm just going to buy a new one. This controller is over a year old... used to replace my PS4 once a year. A new controller always feels great after the switch.

Does it help with PCI placement?
    If so, take my 💰!!

I said this on another thread. I buy a controller from game stop and get the protection. Anytime my controller goes out of whack, I just take it to them and pay another protection and walk out with a new controller. I go through 2 or 3 a year so it costs me 30 bucks a year basically and I'm always using a new controller when I want to.

They never question anything, they just ask what color I want.

Had 2 with the same issue. Took both apart and cleaned the stick sensors with cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. Fixed the issue for both.
