Cooldown penalty after quitting

Can y’all please remove the cooldown penalty until y’all get your servers fixed? Sick of getting stuck in freeze off games because your servers crashed then having to wait 30 mins to play again because I “quit the game”.

Then you should turn off crossplay, if you haven’t. And if you’re playing on WiFi and not wired, then it’s probably you that’s disconnecting.

The penalties stack up. So of you quit multiple frozen games, then you will get longer punishments.
You obviousoy dont play alot of coop, so this glaring injustice doesnt effect you greatly. Otherwise, you would have to be trolling to even begin defending a company for punishing its customers instead of fixing a 5 years old problem.

He bought a game, the game has coop mode, he wants to play coop! If this was a regular ranked seasons mode issue do you think the solution from this forum would be, "well, just don't play ranked"? -

It doesn’t exist for me, because I took steps on my own to alleviate it, rather than whine on a forum. And others on this forum have taken those steps to get the same results. Improved connections and no freeze offs.

It doesn’t exist for me, because I took steps on my own to alleviate it, rather than whine on a forum. And others on this forum have taken those steps to get the same results. Improved connections and no freeze offs.
I only get freezes in coop. I have fiber internet, I have a wired connection, I pay for the fastest speeds available in my area. You are a complete tool. You say this problem doesn't effect you, but you came here just to post about how great you are, and how good your internet is, and how it's ops fault that a game he bought isn't working properly.

I've had maybe 3 freezes for the entire duration of my show career which started in 18 yet I've SEEN many streamers go through at least 1 per stream in the past.
Just because something doesn't affect me doesn't mean it's not a problem for many others.

If he's at a 7-8 hour penalty; chances are he had to quit a lot of games which means that something is causing his game to freeze. Whether it's his connection, his opponents connection, or on SDS's end. So, either check the connections (to see if it's on his end) or don't play a mode that is clearly broken until it's fixed. He complained about getting an extensive cool down penalty that he occured because he's playing a mode that clearly doesn't work for him. It's also SDS's fault for not completely testing this and coming up with a solution by now.
And if you can't stand me; then just hit the Ignore button.

Something tells me that a few of you are initiating the freezes. Ive played BR, events, a few co-ops and a ton of offline....never had one game crash, not one freeze. Y'all either running on McDonalds wifi or you're dashboarding.
Stop quitting games, there will be no penalty.
