25k Bonus wheel Diamond...yet I got no Boss pack

Not sure what happened, I got a diamond in the randomizer thingy, and whet to open my boss pack and nothing was there, this was 2 days ago

That sucks! I'm sitting at more than 1.5 million XP and have gotten nothing but "Silver Duo" packs with one 7500 stub. I wonder what the odds are of pulling a

Only 3 diamonds on the entire Board if I am correct

.I’m around 1.2m and have got a diamond reward once. Couple gold rewards and the rest silver of course

1.25 million, no diamond pulls, but maxed drop on gold packs already

I just hit on diamond and got a 5 pack. It happens.

I got a Diamond and it was supposed to be a boss pack. It wasn’t in my pack inventory.

The bonus wheel isn't always accurate, and it is pointless. Not only is the reward predetermined, but there have been multiple instances where it lands on a gold or diamond for me, and I end up with a silver reward. It's best to just ignore the mini game completely and hope for the best when things are added to your inventory.
Just one more issue to add to the pile along with the white dots on all of my players' faces when playing on PS5. Maybe they all have chicken pox or something and it's a feature, not a bug.

Did you read the thread? Unless I'm missing something posted by someone I blocked, not one person complained about free content. If anything, it was just people pointing out that it doesn't work properly, and the animation itself is pointless.

Did you read the thread? Unless I'm missing something posted by someone I blocked, not one person complained about free content. If anything, it was just people pointing out that it doesn't work properly, and the animation itself is pointless.

Broken animation ≠ content.So no.
You must love when the servers crash since that's just more "free content"

Dude 4 freaking times as soon as I opened game I got a wheel spin where I got diamond or gold and go into diamond dynasty and don't have any packs to open

He's not whining about free content dude. He's saying that the game mechanism is not working properly. If you open a pack and the last card is blue and when you click on it, it turns into an 83 Gold, and you contacted SDS about it, would you be whining about free content or complaining about a broken mechanism/animation?
No difference here.....dude got a Diamond when the wheel stopped and then didn't get the reward associated with it.
