What am I missing?
He's wearing a Yankees uniform and has a beard. He would not have been allowed to be photographed in the Yankee uniform with a beard under the team's rules. This was a photo that was from a previous team (Giants or White Sox) with the Yankees away uniform photoshopped. Probably from White Sox as their away uniforms are similar and the Giants are not so much.
