Fix pinch hitting.

When I sub in WBC Shohei into my DH spot I can’t move my PCI at all ultimately resulting in a strike out. I am able to move my PCI right after and even move Shohei’s at his 2nd AB.

Not saying this is a permanent fix or that you SHOULD have to do this, but just for that at-bat alone, maybe pause and switch to a timing hitting just for that at-bat, and then change it back after Ohtani's initial plate appearance. I'd rather do that than take the K.

i think that may be intended since he's closer, using him to dh just basically gives you an extra bench bat
