Challenge Failed

Every time i try playing in a online match it says challenge failed. Anyone know how to fix it. I've deleted and redownloaded the game several times. restarted my internet and my xbox, changed dns setting and still doesn't work. i have a 95 overall team that i’d like to dominate people with. someone please help

i have also cleared game data, and tried everything that mlb support says and nothing works, please help

Step 1, don't play a PS game on xbox. Step two, don't spend money on a console that has zero exclusive games.

Do you have PS plus or whatever XBox's version is called? Gamepass I think?
Are you wired in or using WI fi?
How can you be certain that 95OVR team will "dominate" if you've yet to play a ranked game?
