Co Op freezing

Hi, I cannot play an entire game of co op without the game freezing. Was wondering if there is any tips for how to not have the game freeze especially after San Diego studios said they fixed it in the last patch

Didn't leave game finally ended and get the Loss I would punch every SDS employee in the throat if I ever met one.
