BR Pitcher stamina bug?

On 2 separate runs I've had relievers that i havent even used show they have no energy and then not regain any stamina after 2-3 games. At first I thought maybe it was just a visual bug so I put one of those guys and sure enough he had no energy.
And then I just played a guy who brought in the CP Shohei, and he came into the game with a full bar of energy.
I've also noticed things like this in mini seasons, where one of my starters will either have no energy at all or a full bar even though a full bar isn't possible.

Not visual, had some shitter do this to me with Shohei, pitched 47 pitches and was at half stam. These idiots should have their accounts reset for exploiting

The one with Shohei didn't even bother me as much as not being able to use my own reliever since he didn't have any energy in any game of my 6 game run
