Stuck on Daily Rewards Screen

Hey Everyone,
I've been unable to make it past the daily login rewards screen for about a week or so now. I submitted a ticket a few days ago but am unfortunately still waiting to hear back. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue and if they have been able to resolve it? I've tried restarting my game, Xbox, clearing reserved space, re-installing the game, and more to no avail. I do not believe I am banned, as I am able to access the companion app perfectly fine and perform market transactions, I also did not receive a notification that I had been banned nor do I believe I did anything to warrant a ban. Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
