Ranked not working

Why can’t I start a ranked game? I push the start button but nothing happens. I can look at the rewards and the programs but can’t launch a game. Anyone else having this problem? Did I miss an update or something?

I haven't seen this issue. So if you click 'X' on the "Play 1v1 Ranked" button nothing happens?

It lets me select either solo or coop on the menu and takes me to the ranked screen where you can see your rank and those rewards or select the program and see all the missions. But from those screens I can’t press the start button on the controller to launch a game

Oh I think its different this year. You don't press the start button. Up in the top right there is a "Play 1v1 Ranked" button that you highlight and press X.

Uninstalled and then reinstalled the game. Now there’s a button up in the corner like you described! Thanks!
