CPU of other teams putting DHs into CF on defense

There are currently two opposing teams in my Franchise regularly trotting out JD Martinez (Phillies) and Nelson Cruz (Padres) in center field. I'm astounded. Each team has a viable center fielder...playing a corner instead. Does anyone else see this happen in their franchise leagues? Obviously in the moment I don't mind that my 'competition' is putting a non-viable outfielder in those spots, but it does kind of undercut the idea of the game being a 'simulation experience'

Nelson Cruz is playing right in my franchise. It’s his primary but in reality he couldn’t play it to save his life.
I’d have to check next time I’m in there but I’m sure it’s all over the place and they’ll play fine but when we do it they’ll play horrendous defense.

Yeah sometimes JD or Nelson will make a nice running catch in the gaps and I'm like bruh....this does not happen. This can not happen in a game trying to be seen as a simulation.
A few years back, saw same thing with Lucas Duda. A point of outfield-defensive-strategy logic that should be cleaned up

I just played a series against Milwaukee. The entire series they played Brian Anderson at second, he’s a RF, Brice Turang at 3B, he’s a SS, Jesse Winker in CF, he’s a LF, and Victor Caratini at 1B, he’s a C. I’m not sure what’s going on here but Luis Urias in on their IL and broke their lineup.

What's their secondary positions?
