Franchise save won’t load

Put my PS5 in rest mode while in Franchise. When I turned back on, disconnected from server. Tried to go back into Franchise and takes me to Start New, Load or Load from Cloud. Get to load screen with my save data, when I push X it acts like it’s trying to load but goes back to Main Screen and does not load my Franchise save. Tried deleting and reinstalling game data and it still does it. Anyone else have this issue? SSD if you see this please help! Thank you

I am having the same problem in Xbox S using GamePass. This is so frustrating. I guess they don't care because we a are not buying anything.

Did anybody help you solve this issue yet??? I am having this same exact problem. Really frustrating. Franchise is the mode I play primarily and I thought after the game updated yesterday, it would be fixed… but I am still unable to gain access to my saved franchise mode. Help!

Same thing started happening to me last night. I have two saves with one as a backup. Both go to 100 after attempting to load and then go back to the main menu immediately after.
Very disappointing.

I just had this same issue after downloading version 1.03. I put in a support request so hopefully this is able to be fixed. I have been playing MLB The Show for several years and have never seen so many bugs and issues as this year’s game. In addition to my franchise not loading, the game has crashed several times, and at one point all of my sounds of the show were removed from their assignments; twice! This game has been very disappointing thus far.

So yeah, can't comment on this cause I haven't even started my Franchise yet, I usually wait until mid May when OSFM releases proper Rosters and all Grapefruit Spring training parks completed and I've had time to test out sliders on Legend with maxed out pitch speeds.

I have the same thing happening. I restarted my franchise once because this happened and now it’s happened again.

Happened to me just now as well. Was working fine the last few weeks and loaded it up today and it’s not loading. Just keeps refreshing to the home page. I tried disconnecting from the server and still nothing. Very frustrating that I just wasted hours and hours grinding out a whole season to have to potentially lose it like this.

Still nothing? I have had the same issue. Try and load previous saved franchise and it just takes me back to the main menu page

I’m assuming no one at SDS gives a [censored] since it’s franchise mode. Honestly it’s sad because I just dropped over $100 on the game. 🫡

Same issue for me If you guys are on the app go to the bottom right tab that says “23” click it and scroll down to where it says “report a bug” and then follow the prompt if we get enough people reporting a bug they might fix it

Same issue on saved franchise won’t load. I reported a bug to SDS last week, nothing back so far.

Almost a month and no fix?¿?¿ I went through alot of trouble to trade for shohei... Now I have to double save.
