gotta agree, pitching is my biggest issue with the game currently. using pulse this year and getting much better releases but it doesn't even matter. pitchers with 90+ control will still miss the spot even with a perfect release and give up a homer, lost a bunch of games because of the rng with pitching

2k stopped making games while still holding the license for a reason. I'm not saying competition would be bad, but I wouldn't be looking to 2k.

No it won’t. People are always going to complain. 90% of the complaints on here are from people who lose and think they’re entitled to a win. It’s hard to take a majority of this forum seriously when they’re complaining that their pitches aren’t landing on dots or their opponent hit a home run with Joey Gallo on a ball that wasn’t squared up. It’s getting absurd the amount of tears shed on this forum from people who just aren’t as good as they think they are.

I lost a game last night that I should’ve won. Tied 2-2 in the 10th. I threw a cutter that I aimed inside on Trout, but mistimed it. Ball stayed over the played until Trout knocked it to the next county. I forgot to come on here and say the game cheated me...but that’s only because it didn’t and I screwed up.

I’ve been playing baseball games since RBI on Nintendo .... and Triple Play was introduced with PS2 in 2002 then because of low sales changed the name to MVP Baseball in 2003 still the same game but new name....and it was made until 2007, the overlap with 2K ... you sir are FAKE NEWS as you say... I know what I’m talking about, you sound like a little 2k fanboy is all..

Every year nothing changes. Same bugs, trash fielding, freezeoffs ect.. game is trash and it sucks if you are a baseball fan and this is the only option we have really.
Opponent gets lead with a homerun that was CLEARLY foul. Next play is a routine pop up that smacks my fielder in the face. Close app and enough of this BS for today. Super pathetic game developing and should be left to a major developer like EA or 2K. Even if its microtransactions at every corner and maybe not the greatest content, atleast their sports titles have smooth gameplay and can be taken seriously from a competitive/e-sports standpoint. Imagine e-sports MLB and game 7 of world series ends by a foul homerun followed by an error and a blooper AFTER they had to reset the match because they got in a freezeoff lmfao. What a joke.

I get what your saying, but don’t act like SDS is the only company that has baseball on point. 2k was bad. But EA mvp baseball was great during that time so imagine how it would be now, no? Think about how far things have come since then..
