Support Tickets

Has anyone filed a support ticket and had it resolved already? I submitted one about receiving the wrong pre-order content (one week ago today) but it hasn’t been resolved yet. No biggie… I can’t imagine how many tickets have been sent in so I can understand any delays.
I’m just curious if it’s specific to my situation or they’re just inundated with tons of them so wanted to check if anyone has any any luck yet.
