Can We Please Get Acknowledgment That Event Entries are Resetting When They Shouldn’t Be?

Event entries are resetting any time that the user turns off their console.
2 losses are not resetting event entries. Started an event run last night 4-0. I come back this morning and my run is reset.
Numerous others have reported this. Other topics have been made. Can we please get acknowledgment that this is being addressed, or, at the very least that you all are aware of this?
Pretty impactful bug/glitch that should be top of the priority list

Yeah, still happening to me too, like he said , everytime you turn off the console it resets, losing out on potential win streak rewards.

Exactly. I enjoy events and am skilled enough to get 12 win streaks occasionally which helps complete the live series collection this time of year

Luckily it’s not happening in BR, only events

I started a thread on this as well. I am sure they won't address it until the next event. The game is really fun this season, but I do wish they would address bugs with more urgency.

Yup, I think you’re right. I feel like a large patch is coming to hopefully address multiple issues like this

The only negative about doing a lot of patches at once is messing up the coding for other aspects in the game. Happens every year after the 1st-2nd patch.
