Dear SDS me and my friend are in co op and for the second time in a row when he is pitching it freezes and he can’t pitch and no one else can move. Please look into this

I wish two freeze offs was the worst of my problems. Opened 400 packs and only pulled 5 diamonds, but both my boys logged on last night and their accounts showed them having 600k and were able to complete half of the live series collection.

Sometimes this happens to me if I have another controller on that I'm not using especially if I turn my controller on after the other one has been on. It's probably not the issue, but it might be.
