Where can I download the PS5 version of the Captain Edition?

I have acquired The Captain Edition physical version early, when installing it following the steps of the following procedure, only the Standard version is installed and without updating to The Captain Edition version. I waited until after the 02/28/23 release date hoping for some update with no progress.

- Press the “...” next to the “Play Game” button and select “Select Version
- Then press the button that says “Free” under “PS5 Upgrade (Disc Required)”.
I opened a support request Ticket 229719; getting the response “Visit https://forums.theshow.com/ to post comments and participate in discussions about The Show. Thank you for playing MLB The Show."
Have any of you come up with the same issue or can you fix it?

So you don't have the ps5 version at all? The game icon always shows Jazz regardless of which version you have. The captain edition just comes with all the extra stuff. Just rying to get some more info here

There should be a code in your steel box for the PS5 download. You need to have the PS4 version installed first and the disc in your console. Once the PS5 version is installed, you can delete the PS4 version, but you will always need to have your PS4 disc in your console to play.
