Lost Pre-Order Packs/Stubs & DD Progress

I got the game yesterday and installed. Once I got through and completed the tutorials on Diamond Dynasty, I opened my preorder packs (and pulled Judge), then my servers started giving me issues. Got back on this morning and I had absolutely nothing, as if I never redeemed my packs and stubs. All of my players and DD progress was also gone. Im super confused and frustrated with it, especially since I pulled Judge and no longer having him. Anyone know how to fix this?

Unlink. You probably linked incorrectly. Which console?

PS5. All I did was login to theshow.com and grabbed the link code through the dashboard.

I'm assuming you mean what you use to get the PS5 version of the game? Did you link you The Show account to your PSN ID?

Yes I did. When I just unlinked it, all of my stuff came back? What's the proper way to relink it all so I can get everything into one spot?
