Game freezes in co-op, i get banned for 30 minutes

Me and some friends were playing co-op and the game froze. Didn't feel like wasting anymore time so we decided to dashboard. Got a 30 minute ban because the same thing happened yesterday so now Im scared to play co-op all together. Please fix this sds

Is that ban for co-op only, all online modes, or DD in general? If it extends beyond co-op, that is a good way to kill co-op.

Looks like it was just for co-op thankfully
