Buck O'Neil Reward

Hello guys,
I have completed the negro leagues storylines.
I have all of the Players in DD except Buck O'Neil. He is unlocked in the menu but can’t find him in DD.Any solution?

If you have the first Buck O’Neil card you got, the level 90, in your manage squad lineup you need to replace it with someone else, then the 95 card will show up

had the same problem. just reloaded the game and did exactly what OP and he was available.

This is for any card,if a version is already in your lineup you won't ever see the upgrade/new version, have to take him out first.
Last year you could switch one with the other,this year no so far -
Has anyone heard if this is intended this year or if it's a bug? That you cant swap out one version of a card for another of the same person?
