Try going to the screen where you purchase stubs and then back out. They should pop in after that.

Last night I had to actually reboot my PS5 in order for them to show up. This was after I went through all the tutorials and set things up.

you need to go to the confirm purchase screen, you do not have to buy the stubs but you have to get to the confirm page, then your rewards will pop up
