MAKE RANKED SEASONS ONE DIFFICULTY

Either make it All-Star or make it HoF but don’t switch it half way and have someone have to completely readjust. If they can compete on AS then they can compete the whole way through. If they can compete in HoF then they can compete the whole way through and adjust if needed to.

It would be great if they made it for zone hitting only or just matched you up against an opponent using the same hitting style as you.
-
They have different sliders for different modes and offline vs online. [censored] makes no sense. I can do batting practice on legend against Nolan Ryan and be ok but I go play an RS game in pennant race difficulty and I can't even touch a fast ball.

Don’t do bp, go into the event . It’s on HOF and helps immensely.

Whats the best way to tell someone is using directional?

They hit the ball on the ground on every pitch low in the zone, and hit it for fly outs high in the zone and get actual hits when you put it middle of zone. If someone his the ball in the air when you put it low in the zone then it means they are not using directional for sure.

So the best strategy for pitching them would be to keep pitches down in the zone?

Ya if you keep it down or high they will 100% either ground out or fly out every single time even if u tell them where you gonna throw, that's why directional is useless its same as center swinging at every pitch using zone. But this game sometimes throws meatballs right down the middle even if you miss by a little, guess they do that to keep directional hitters happy.

HoF 600-899
AS 300-599Just getting into HoF has been a headache for me.

I do enjoy playing this game but that’s the one thing that I can’t stand about this game is that is plays 100% differently offline then it does online. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like everything moves at a more consistent speed and looks a lot more fluid offline

Makes no sense how fastball speeds are broken for some of us

I agree online competitive games should all be zone hitting. There is zero competitive balance having people just press a button, Directional aka timing only. Only way to have a semblance of fair competition is if everyone uses the same settings.
HoF should be the standard difficulty for hittting and pitching too. Anyone who plays DD, it’s pretty much a “hardcore” mode, meaning people are spending money and grinding solos to improve their team. So being that it’s a hardcore mode there is no reason to ever have lesser difficulties until you reach 700. HoF all the way through!
