Please no. This was a thing in the past and people abused it to delay games and as a way of griefing by doing this before every single pitch. There's a reason it's not possible in online games anymore and it should never come back, because people are just too toxic.

Exactly. There is a practice swing problem already - it's called a "bunt dance".
