Gameplay is better in other modes than DD

Since i got Mantle i have poked around with Postseason mode.

Same settings that I was using on DD.

Stuff happens in that mode that never occur in dd.

Like injuries.
Like the opposing teams LF missing the cutoff man and the 2nd basemen scrambling to get the ball and throwing the ball over the 3b head giving me a chance to score on a double

Why is this??
Why am i seeing things in the 11th month that I never have seen in DD at all?

They used to have injuries in DD, and it was very stupid.

Wit the error, its because most people use the throw meter, and it's pretty easy to time, so they don't miss.

In DD, its one person against another. I would imagine SDS would get a ton of backlash if someones WS run was cut short due to an injury or a BS scripted error.

Because the show is a sim. Player input means very little. If you did not win the pre game sim then get off to a much better start than expected they will blatantly cheat on behalf of the other player to ensure they get the result they want. Why else would they constantly talk about their onlne play stats?
