What’s wrong wrong with “educates”?
its the same people that whine on here on a daily basis, saying that this is their "final year" playing only by May to see a constant thread of them complaining about how bad game play is and how they "wont be playing next years version". The cover looks sick, the art is awesome, the game comes out earlier than expected, lighten up folks.
Yep 100% agree- it’s a great cover with a young exciting mlb player! I love it

If you get "intellectual, moral or social instruction" like the guy said above, merely from a choice of cover athlete for a game, you need to really educate yourself.

It's a terrible cover. Chisholm looks like a clown in that pose. He could potentially be one of the most exciting players in the game, but so far hasn't proven he can stay healthy enough to do it.
I said I wasn't going to get 22 and I didn't. I still have a lot do on 20 and 21, and it just seemed like a pricey roster update and a fresh coat of paint.
I am a weak hitter, so I doubt I will get the stuff done I need before it is too late in the season to start 23, even if it turns out to be a great game. I would just wait for the next season, because honestly, unless radical changes are made to graphics, sound, and game play most sports games are a pricey roster update and fresh coat of paint.

I think he was saying having jazz on the cover might educate the casual player of the game or of baseball in general about an exciting young player they may not know about- Jazz

like learning about who Jazz is? People research the cover athlete, learn about who Jazz is and educate themselves. It's not a hard concept, a lot like the future stars cards, can expand the baseball knowledge, put a face to a name.

making it seem like a 60 $ investment for something you could play for an entire year is a lot, but not everyone has the same financial situation so to each their own.

the amount of people that went nuts when jazz got a really good card, my ears were bleeding from the "you like jazz" meme, now hes the cover so naturally people have to find somehting to complain about.
