I may sound like a broken record but to me this was a big letdown when the game was released. It turned out better than I thought as TA was rolled into the featured programs but just as I imagined, it resulted in far less content to complete and I finished the game sooner.

I’m sure I could have spaced it out and obviously people took advantage of the TA shortcuts in 21 so I’d modify them, but I really think this game needs more offline content and losing TA was a real bummer.

Thoughts? Would you bring it back? How would you change it?

The Showdowns were very grindy, but an excellent way to collect all the cards in the program with relative easy. I liked that.

The move has been to streamline all the programs and rewards. (17 was so spread out, you never knew who or what you were earning without intense study).

I personally don’t mind following multiple paths, but I also know it’s an argument falling on mostly deaf ears.

    My prediction.....

They'll change some progression mechanics and some people will like them and some people will hate them.

I say let it die. Team affinity just took away from everything else. It was get it done in 3 days then wait 3 months for the next one rinse and repeat. 22s content was no where near perfect, but I think it started off great and fell off a massive cliff after the ASG

I always knew you hated me Dragon :). Just Kidding.

You are right, the way people could knock out TA in a few days was ridiculous. And that should not return.

I just loved the multiple progression paths with so many options for missions especially with the division themed henchmen, as long as I skipped the showdowns and exchanges, I could make it last a time. Like I said, 22 turned out way better than expected when it was first released and then it just fell off a cliff like you said.

I don't think there is a clear solution tbh. They just meed to find a nice balance between a grind and too much of a grind. SDS doesn't exactly have the best track record at putting cards in a way to acquire them that fits the card(ie event and ranked rewards being almost comically bad 90% of the time for their method of acquisition). I like having programs with cards for every team, there are just not enough options for certain teams that will always make those programs rewards unbalanced. I liked how the monthly awards programs were. If they brought TA back I would think removing the exchanges/repeatable showdowns would be the only way I would like it
