What’s up with this game?

I can barely play a full game, It freezes almost every other game. How has this not been fixed?

Well, since this freezing stuff has been an issue for many years I'm gonna go ahead and conclude that they simply can't fix it, or at least don't know how. You know, because of incompetence.

I don't think it's incompetence on their end, to a point, as it had to do with your and your opponent's connection to the game.
I'd they had better servers, or even dedicated servers, I doubt freeze offs would be as common as they are right now.

The same problems with network quality, stability and freezing of games have been going on since at least 2018. That's 5 installments of MLB The Show that suffered from these issues, yet it hasn't been fixed to this day.
Please explain to me how this is not incompetence?

I had a BR game freeze against one of the top BR players with 40x flawless. Was a shootout and had a chance to win. So disappointed. I ended up quitting because my win streak wasn’t that high

There are not many, a few youtubers, eg. zanderverse (best win-pct in BR, you can look that up in the game)
